Overall Satisfaction with Qlik Sense
We're using Qlik Sense to analyze sales and customer demographics data. It's being used by the CEO and the marketing part of the organization. We operate in multiple countries, with several products in different currencies. Qlik Sense allows us to look at all the data in a single platform, which is hugely useful for us. I do have doubts as to the scalability of the cloud product as we're starting to hit the limits of data file sizes we upload (and we don't want to use the product directly against our MySQL DB for security reasons).
- Easy to implement for relatively simple analytics
- Deep user base/knowledge base
- Reasonably nice UI
- Flexible
- Data load is a bit byzantine - there should be a one-click data load process
- Hard to "undo" or modify data load criteria once it's been set up
- Up to down scrolling would be nice to have - it's pretty standard functionality
- Very helpful to be able to apply selections across the app - makes comparisons really easy
- Complicated to do more complex comparisons and filters like "or" filters
Qlik was the most cost effective and mature
