Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics
Currently, I have a user license, but I and some other colleagues on campus are recommending a site license. I've been using Qualtrics for close to a decade, wrote an accepted proposal for its purchase at my previous institution, and have purchases a user license at my current. It is a must have piece of technology.

- Depending on time of day, it can be difficult to reach someone in a pinch.
- I sometimes get lost in the new user interface, but it is most likely because I was so familiar with the previous. Perhaps some things could be more obvious?
