Overall Satisfaction with Qubit

Our Ecommerce Department uses Qubit for testing new site features before pushing them live. We also use it to target customer groups during promotions and events.
  • Qubit is particularly good at helping us decide which features we should be testing on our site based purely on our data. This helps us ensure that we are only testing things that are going to provide us with the most value.
  • They are also very proactive at reaching out to us and are quick to respond to requests.
  • I would love to see a more flexible pricing plan so that I could purchase support as I needed it instead of in large bundles.
Customers well suited for Qubit are those that have an in-house analyst that can go through the data regularly as well as a website with significant enough traffic to ensure tests are completed in a timely fashion.

  • We have seen an overall increase in our conversion rate online since we have started using Qubit.
We want to continue to collect and analyze the data we have been collecting as well as continuing to test new site features. We also love being able to target customers based on their behavior.
