Overall Satisfaction with Qubit

We currently use Qubit on site to carry out A/B tests, to geo-target specific locations such as cities and states to give our customers a more personalised experience, and to add site features quickly that would otherwise take a while to build in our web apps and release properly. We also use it to carry out any bug fixes that need urgent fixing that we can then fix properly after.
  • Geotargeting is great, we can target countries, cities, states, continents etc.
  • It is great for A/B testing, it's easy to see clear results.
  • Deployment is almost instant.
  • Sometimes the sand box area/test editor areas become unresponsive and don't load, showing no errors either which is annoying if we want to pause/publish tests.
  • There have been a few occasions where the segmentation has broken, resulting in geo targeted promos showing in the wrong location and for all users.
  • I've found that the Qubit engineers overcomplicate tests, I'm not sure whether this is to charge more time to the company or if the just have different approaches but some tests that have been given to Qubit to write seem like overkill.
  • The response time could be improved. Sometimes if there are live issues and we email urgently the response time can be at least a day, which by then the issue is fixed but we've already had to pause/amend our tests.
Qubit is great to perform A/B tests with. The UI is good, and there are lots of segmentation and trigger options. It's good to build new tests and easy for JS developers to go in and release features super quick.
