Overall Satisfaction with Qubit

Qubit is used by the optimisation team within the BI function. We are a centralised resource within the organisation and will work with numerous departments to help them run tests and experiences through Qubit.
  • Front end development work - We don't have enough resources to build the experiences ourselves so with the expertise of Qubit's in house development we can move much faster to get tests out the door, rather than wait for resources to free up internally.
  • Account Management - Our account managers are passionate and engaged and will go the extra mile to ensure we're getting good value out of the product.
  • Although it's not the most important feature in the world, a WYSIWYG interface would sometimes help speed up basic tests and changes on site.
Qubit was already implemented when I joined. Although having used it for some time now, I can see why it was the chosen product.
If you are a small organisation, an enterprise solution like Qubit may not be the right choice for you. However, if you are a big company with the budget to spend on a very clever tool with expert help then this is ideal.
