Overall Satisfaction with Qubit

Qubit is used by the Digital and Marketing teams, with business areas inputting to how we use Qubit. Right now, we're testing what customers prefer on our website, and use that intelligence and data to justify web development spend aimed at increasing our conversion.

Pros

  • Account management and support in developing tests is excellent.
  • Data feedback is fast and clear, with great dashboards.
  • Qubit keeps it simple, meaning quick results.

Cons

  • We're just beginning our journey with Qubit, so haven't uncovered any areas for improvement just yet.
The decision to use Qubit was based on a combination of factors including cost, previous relationships and account management fit.
Qubit is well suited to small and mediums sized businesses in the travel sector.
