The Products group uses Quick Base as both an asset management and project management tool. We use it to maintain information about the modules, content, and courses we develop and deliver. We use it to manage and keep up with production costs for our production schedule. We also use it to interface with other software in the company.

- Flexibility, you can control how you use and implement Quick Base
Cons
- There could be better support for international applications and languages.
- Training and aid in creating custom apps.
- Microsoft Access and Oracle
Quick Base is easier to build and customize than Access and Oracle. It also scales better than Access.
