Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base
We use QB to manage our workflow, our invoicing, and our customer data tracking. Hard to imagine how we survived without it. A robust system that did take a third party vendor to implement (mostly because we weren't focused on SDLC), but can now be maintained by current staff. Great!
- Workflow/task completion: decreases email use because "To Do" lists are housed in QB
- Invoicing: by inputting information, accounting knows when to do their job
- Color coding in reports
We have achieved it. Building was complicated because we didn't know our own processes. But maintenance is a breeze.
But easier to use.

Yes. Fully implemented them all, aside from some issues with reporting. But that's an issue of GIGO.
