Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base
Quick Base is used across the entire organization, primarily as a workflow management tool and data storage.
It's incredibly effective at allowing on-the-fly workflow adaptation and changes to assist a rapidly growing organization.

- The ability to push and receive information externally from other systems.
- Has its own API which allows for easy integration from other systems.
- Data storage size per table.
As this is Quick Base's primary feature, it executes it perfectly. Building and deploying work is instantaneous. Maintenance is dependent on how you build the apps initially like with anything in the development scene.

Quick Base is designed quite differently to PostgreSQL although its a database. Quick Base is a database with a front end on top. It has its limitations with capacity when compared to PostgreSQL.

Another massive bonus to Quick Base is its reporting features. It allows rapid reporting on the data within the system and these reports can easily be used to drive workflows. Quick Base has allowed the organization to grow and develop with the demand, very rapidly.
Updating existing applications within Quick Base is incredibly simple. The impacts need to be analysed internally and it doesn't highlight dependencies all that well. So users need to be careful when making structural changes as to not impact other apps if they're connected. But this can be easily avoided with some cross-app checking to make sure there are no impacts.
