Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
We use it in each department for different purposes, in accounting and in production management. It allows us to keep productions flowing and share information on the status of each piece. It helps us to capture various kinds of information pertinent to the client. This helps us grow and create sustainability.

- Easy creation, access and review of reports
Cons
- The actual look is a bit antiquated which makes it difficult; the interface / graphics should be upgraded
- Increased efficiency
- Better customer service (being able to save customer's preferences so that we are aware for future interactions)
