Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

Quickbase is used in a variety of ways including:

  • Customized Customer Service Management Application
  • Customized Knowledgeable Application
  • Customized Pre Employment Tracking Application
  • Customized Wellness Tracking Application

The software is used by our entire department and addresses multiple business concerns including workflow, tracking, consistency, and timeliness. The system allows us to provide our own customized solutions for our unique business problem.

Pros

  • Charts & report options are helpful
  • Dynamic functionality

Cons

  • Align some of function building with Excel
  • Better tutorials
  • Better price breaks
QuickBase does a good job of breaking down database concepts and designs for average users. Well suited for any type of project, as long as you have someone knowledgeable to build. We were using access systems and other items including Excel, but Quickbase was a one stop solution for all those systems. QuickBase has really helped with many functions in our department and we will continue to expand our application library as we grow.
