Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

QuickBase is used every day by everyone in our organization. We can easliy manage user roles, logs, manages and escalate issues. We create applications for almost everything to make the reporting process as seamless as possible. More deails below:
-Simplifies reporting
-Easy record keeping
-Keeping track of trends
-Can easily create an app for any purpose

  • Create reports from these logs and easily analyze.
  • Can be used to track employee performance, great tools available.
  • Provide tutorials for creating reports.
  • Increase bandwidth.
  • Ability to personalize for each company.
We have several applications that are used on a daily basis. Persons are designated to create reports, maintain applications, add new features and manage users to keep the programs up to date. This has been a great benefit as most of the work is automated and is less of a hassle.
First time users are supported by persons with experience. Most persons who build or maintain applications are non technical. Limited help required from IT Professionals.

For administrator simply "right click" in browser to enter edit mode. New fields can be added and can be moved into the designated order. We can set rules based on selected options. We can add/change users' roles/functions.
QuickBase is excellent for organization's ability to manage a lot of employees. If I should use my organization as an example every department has apps at the core of their function. This includes but not limited to:
-Record keeping
We also have persons who are very skilled at creating apps and roll out to production.
