Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

QuickBase is being used by our research and development department. We use it as a database to house the contact information and paperwork for all of our contractors.

Pros

  • Easy to Read.
  • Easy to Maneuver through.
  • Helps tremendously to keep entries organized.

Cons

  • If you don't have a database structure background, getting started can be difficult.
  • Our initial phone consultation wasn't very helpful. We needed further assistance.
  • Renewing our licenses could be made easier. Ours got mixed up with another account at my company. We have someone else in our department that also has their own license. We have different renewal dates. When it was time for me to update mine, it was a hassle as our license keys got mixed up and we all had to be together in order for the update to occur. QuickBase needed different pieces from each of our accounts for the renewal to take place.
QuickBase is perfect for documenting separate instances, or people.

I'm unsure of how someone can NOT use it. We use it in three separate ways in my department and it works out wonderfully for all of us!
