Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

We use QuickBase for all our customer service work orders, scheduling and tracking.

  • Email updates
  • Record keeping
  • Report generation
  • Easy way to have dates and days of the week shown
  • More help with developing our own system
We program our database ourselves. It is not too hard. We could use more help with improving it.
We used Excel for years. At least this is a data base and on line. We want and have to use the cloud to communicate with many employees.
Not to hard to do some basic things, but [we] need more help from QuickBase to help make it really slick.

Well if you change a record, it can be hard to think of the impact. Also, one problem is by changing the level of people that have access it can trip things up.
