Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
In my previous role we used quickbase to keep track of legal documents, specifically in the legal department and not across the whole organization. It helped us to keep track of which items we needed to follow up for and which were completed and was a great tool for categorizing documents into various reports.
Pros
- Provides and generates detailed reports based on whichever filters you decide are most important
- Keeps document libraries organized
- Is easy to learn for beginners
Cons
- Inability to physically upload documents
- Could provide document storage
- Would be nice to be able to export document libraries to word or excel (this may be an option I am just unaware of)
Have not used any other products besides QuickBase.
