Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise

QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is currently used by our Finance Department. We utilize the Customer and Vendor modules for all Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

Pros

  • Accounts Receivable tracking and reporting.
  • Accounts Payable tracking and reporting.
  • Reporting is easy whether on Cash or Accrual basis.
  • Sales Tax tracking for gross sales and tax collected.

Cons

  • Purchase order function is clunky.
  • QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is cost effective.
  • QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise saves the Finance dept time.
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise has grown with our company from $0 - $16M revenue and I don't see any reason that it couldn't continue to $100M.
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise saves training time when brining a new member to the finance team.

QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is well suited for the non-accountant and small business. It's easy to learn and can be customized to meet the specific needs of an organization. Reports are pre-built and available at the push of a button.
