Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
We use QuickBooks for just about everything, to input all client orders, vendor orders, and to build, track and sell our inventory. We also use it to run payroll and to manage all of our payment accounts both here in the US and in Mainland China.
Pros
- Inventory management.
- Purchase order management.
- Sales and cost tracking.
Cons
- More than one admin, as even with all restrictions off, secondary users are restricted.
- It has made it easier to clean up confusing projects.
- With everything connected it makes it hard to misplace a transaction.
The switchover and implementation process was a bit harder than I anticipated due to a miscommunication from my account rep who did not provide enough support, I was able to go around him and get it myself through the 800 service number.
We have used QuickBooks a long time so the switch didn't change too much other than offering a few new features that help speed up productivity.
