Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is used across the entire organization and addresses accounting business problems. Bank information can also be entered to quickly reconcile accounts. Vendors can be added for quick payment and receipt of funds. There are many reports available for various aspects of the software. The reporting options make it very easy to see your information in an easy to read way.

Implementation

QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise was in place when I joined the company. Previous users expressed their compliments in the ease of implementing it however. I found it to be very easy to learn and very easy to teach to others. Reports are laid out well and require very little explanation to the report builder or to the report user/reader.

QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is well suited in any business environment. It would suit businesses of a large size as well as those with smaller needs such as a in-home side business. The software is easy to learn and to use. The web version of the software may be a better choice for very large operations because it adds in the import functionality.
