Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We export our daily billing from our proprietary system into QuickBooks for sending out invoices and handling collections as well as financial reporting. Our owner uses QuickBooks for all of our financial reporting and tax preparations. We send out approximately 50 invoices per day.

Scaling with Desktop Enterprise

We experience growth on a yearly basis. Once we hit a certain point, we moved over to QuickBooks to handle our daily invoicing as well as financial reporting for the company. We have experience no issues with QuickBooks and our yearly growth. It has been able to handle everything we need it to.

Implementation

It was an easy transition and was able to start working in it immediately. We started at the first of a new year with a new billing system and QuickBooks. We were able to move over any starting balances and start invoicing and pulling reports immediately. We did not experience any downtime.

Innovative Uses

We have not experience anything unexpected by using QuickBooks. It was an easy transition with no issues. It has been easy to use and get our team on board with.

Alternatives Considered

We have not used any other product. We initially went with QuickBooks due to being the best product on the market and the easiest to use and integrate with.

It would seem to appropriate for small business to keep track of invoicing, collections and providing financial reporting. I think this product is great for small business. it is easy to use and more and more companies are allowing exports into QuickBooks now. We looked for a company that would export into QuickBooks when we were looking.
