We use QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) for many clients in many industries whether it is construction, E-commerce, Restaurants and many more. We use QuickBooks Desktop for accounting point of view where manage all the financials of the clients including reporting. We manage the accounting of the clients from various locations and as per the location we bifurcated the accounting so that going forward we can create the reports as per the location. We use the accounting numbers for budgeting as well, which means we can also forecast the future numbers as per the current year financials created in the QuickBooks desktop.

We sue QuickBooks Desktop for small and medium enterprise where this client afford it and help them to grow their business. Here once the client is growing in their business we also grow our business too by recommending different clients. We can easily manage all the things related to accouting and financials. This product have supported us in many ways by managing the accounts of different clients in one platform as i already mention once the client grow we also grow with them by adding more and more client in the platform.

Implementation

It is very easy to implement QuickBooks Desktop for our organization and support is also very good from the Quickbooks. For this product one should have basic knowledge of the accouting to operate this product and use it effectively. we have in our organization dedicated team where they provide the training and knowledge of this product for the new employee and it is very easy to undrstand and inplement this product for our client.

Innovative Uses

We are using Quickbooks desktop for managing the accounting for our client. In this platform we do all accounting things of the client. WE are using this product in other ways too like creating dashboard, different KPI by creating integration with the third pary application this we have not expected the intgration feature but after implementing this feature our organization benefited in many ways and we are geeting benefits of this feature too.

We have selected this product as it is affordoable in terms of pricing and features too. Our clients is geeting lots of benefits by using this product. By using QuickBooks desktop client also manage the information realted to financials and also get the clear picture for the future by using the accounting information from this product.

We are using QuickBooks Desktop for many clients. It is well suited for the small and medium entriprises where we can easily mange all the things related to accounting whether it is invoice posting, tax related activities, journal entry all the income and expese related activities, Payroll related activity. We can also manage the accounting if you have entities at different locations by using the feature of location. We can also download the report by using the filter option. We can also integrate the QuickBooks Desktop with third party application here we have connected with Bill.com, QuickBase and other application by using its API.
