Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Pro

We use QuickBooks Desktop Pro to keep track of our business income and expenses.
  • profit and loss reports
  • online transaction downloads
  • old dated interface
  • very minor changes over years
  • costs for the software have doubled since last year
  • In my opinion, ROI is terrible as they keep increasing the cost of the software.

In my opinion, the software is capable, but the user interface is very old and dated.
In my experience, support has been terrible for the desktop version, all they do is push you to the online version.
The software has hardly changed over the years, but in my opinion, they keep requireing upgrades to maintain features over time. Just from last year to this year, the cost of the Desktop software has doubled.
