Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

Being used by my clients to record their financial activity. It addresses problem of allowing diffrent users at different locations to use data

Pros

  • Allows multiple access
  • Can control various access levels/permissions
  • downloads bank activity

Cons

  • I would like its functionality to be more like the desk top version.
  • pening multiple reports is a challenge since you have to have multiple windows open
  • US based support - I get real tired of talking to people that speak fast and don't enunciate their words clearly
  • Allows me to readily access client books to fix for tax return preparation

I recommend it in cases whet the client wants remote access to their quickbooks and does not want to pay to have it hosted or allow outsider's access to their net-work
