Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

I have used QuickBooks Online to track income and expenses as well as run reports to share with the officers making the budget decisions. The reporting feature is pretty user friendly. The “powers that be” appreciate how quickly I can turn around any requests for reports.

  • QuickBooks has a great reporting tool.
  • QuickBooks is intuitive, so you don’t need to be an expert to use it successfully.
  • The first time I used QuickBooks, I had difficulty navigating the system but it didn’t take long to get the hang of it.
  • Customer service is lacking.
  • Prices are raised too frequently.
  • QuickBooks is a great time saver with so many things being automated.
  • The reports provide valuable information for budgeting decision makers.
  • The automatic categorizing of expenses helps in making informed decisions.
I don’t have other similar products to compare.
QuickBooks Online is good for smaller businesses as well as for personal finance. I’m not sure how it would be with a large Fortune 500 company.

Almost anyone could use this. It’s really not very difficult to navigate.
