Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

I use QuickBooks in my business to write up invoices.
  • Invoice format
  • Invoice structure
  • Ability to send invoices
  • Customer service
  • Sorting out of issues is complex and frustrating
  • No personal contact available. It is computer-generated assistance. When you do get to speak to a human they cannot help. You get the typical run around especially when they have a "hold" on your funds.
  • QuickBooks put a hold on my customer payment and has made it impossible to communicate with them to sort it out.
  • Disappointed with their customer service.
  • Unhappy with their clumsy online directions that send you around and around in circles.

I used quickbooks for many years I was happy to do so until I had to sort out a problem, the phone number to call has a human on the other end that can not assist in solving a problem.
you are directed to your account and website than directed to fill in a survey and hope that somone will call or look at the problem.
dont hold you breath because the call will not happen in a timely Mannor.
Quick books system has put a hold on a customer payment $2650.00 nothing that i have done can get it released I have spent three hours on the phone today and I have been attempting to sort this out for 5 days, my customer paid in good faith and the payment is on hold for auditing purposes.
support is horrible
If you want to have personal assistance and problems solved quickly then this is not a company that I can recommend.
