Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Online is used across our organization for accounting. We use it to manage income and expenses, keep track of the financial health of our business, invoicing customers, paying bills, generating reports, and preparing taxes.

It's intuitive but there are areas that are confusing, but I do not have an accounting background so that's perhaps why.
Quickbooks support is generally quick and helpful.
If you're a small business, even with limited accounting expertise, QuickBooks Online is an inexpensive and invaluable tool.
