First time user, self trained. My review on QuickBooks Online

Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Online is being used across our organization to track expenses, run accounting reports, reconciling, and assists our CPA with providing the business back with data such as P Vs. L, etc ...
  • synching with the bank
  • classifying items by creating rules
  • running reports
  • should auto sync with the bank
  • help support could use improvement
  • better way to flow through website
  • Providing us with reports we didn't have access to
  • We can easily split financials such as payroll to track & see amounts per location
  • Within the software, we can grant access to our CPA who can then help reconcile & do their work
We did not & have not considered any other options. We had another business that was already using this software so we decided to continue using QuickBooks Online with this business. In my opinion it is a bit pricey but as many people say "you get what you paid for!"

I have used QuickBooks Online going on five months now. I, for the most part, was self trained. I watched online videos to achieve this. I believe others can easily learn how to use this software, like myself. Although I see things QuickBooks Online can improve on I believe the Pros outweigh the Cons.
I did have to reach out several times to QuickBook's Online support team. This has huge room for improvement. I had difficulty dealing with their support team because I would have to explain myself several times over and over every time as I would get passed on to additional support.
First time user. For the most part, self trained. I did have to reach out to support a few times and I think they can improve in that aspect. I can easily classify items and have the month classified by EOM allowing our CPA to easily provide us back with necessary reporting to see how our business is running within the following days.
