Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

We are a small business and use QuickBooks Online to manage our accounts payable and receivable. It's easy to keep information on our clients and vendors centralized in a single solution and balance everything, connecting to our business bank account to clear the payments we receive and schedule payments going out to our freelancers.

Pros

  • Connect with bank accounts
  • Allow us to design our own invoice templates
  • Match payment to invoices

Cons

  • Not pushing AI features we don't need
  • Not pushing loans we don't need
  • We've had good ROI
