Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online
We use QuickBooks Online weekly for all invoices and accounting, we have 3 different accounts with QuickBooks Online for all 3 of our entities. We download and save the invoices and send out via email. We do not use it to send out directly or take payment via credit card as our company does not take payment via credit cards
Pros
- organization
- simple in terms of book marking
- chatting with an agent/support
Cons
- as an admin- i dont have access to changing some functions on QuickBooks Online
- layout can be update and a little more modern
- mobile app is hard to navigate when away from laptop
- its hard to say as we use QuickBooks Online for invoicing purposes only
- but we have had Sync issues between QuickBooks Online and CRMs in the past
- Occasional outages or slow performance
Widely adopted by U.S. customers, Stronger tools, easier to download and save. We have been a QuickBooks Online customer for 10 years and the price nearly never increases and always stays roughly the same, and offers richer functionality than Xero. We had Xero mostly when we were sending out invoices to the UK
