Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

QuickBooks Online allows us to easily bill our customers and keep track of the aging of our invoices. It also allows us to customize our invoices to track referral sources, project managers, etc. We can run reports and even create our own custom reports to track various things important to our organization.

  • the pay option for customers should be easier to manage
  • the AI options should not be automatic; I don't like getting the constant suggestions
