Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

Switching from QuickBooks Desktop to Online has been a game changer. We do our estimates, invoices, and all report tracking through the system. It is accessible on the road and makes the day-to-day information gathering a very easy process.

Pros

  • Accessibility on the Road
  • No interruptions
  • Auto -save Update
  • No need to host Desktop on Workstation in office

Cons

  • Easier to use app
  • More user-friendly custom reporting
  • Better working search bar, sometimes its inconsistent
  • The ability to access remotely gives flexibility to the members of the team.
  • Based on our business, the cost of QB Online cut our cost in half from what it was with the desktop subscription.
  • Sending payment links, receiving payments, linking with invoices is extremely easy process
The desktop app for QB Online works very well. It provides the same functions as the non Online version but seems to work quicker, syncs more consistently, and gives easy and controlled access to members of the team. If the phone app was as smooth as the desktop app, the rating would be higher.

QuickBooks Online works incredibly well for a small business with multiple team members that require some varying access. It makes it easy to set up individual access levels and is convenient to be able to use the product on the road from multiple devices. The payments feature is integrated well and is comfortable to manage.
