Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced
We use Quickbooks Online Advanced for our accounting and finance needs. Our account is linked with Bill.com for all vendor payments, and soon will be linked with Expensify. We also used the Fathom app from time to time and have used Transaction Pro Importer in the past. It's nice that different apps can connect seamlessly to the financials resulting in less manual work, and you can have multiple users working in the file at any time, from any place.

- Need to be able to send batch remittance notices.
- Make it more user friendly for trained accountants rather than an everyday user.
- Better reporting functions around variance analysis between time periods.
- By connecting to different applications it has reduced manual work and allowed us to work on more important tasks with higher ROI.
Our team was already using QB Online when I started. The version we were using did not have everything the company needed, so we upgraded shortly thereafter.
Our team has used this all over the world without any issue. This has been incredibly important throughout COVID and has shown us we truly can work from anywhere when using QB Online.
It provides stable, efficient reporting that we can access quickly. It also integrates with many different applications to streamline processes and save time.
Xero and Quickbooks Desktop. Far better reporting and user-friendliness than Xero. It's much easier to use, quicker, and more accessible virtually than Quickbooks Desktop. I do think the Desktop version is better suited for trained accountants, but once you figure out the Online version it also works well.
