Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced

Very easy to use. I love that I can connect all the bank accounts and they will automatically get put into QuickBooks for me and all I have to do is review the transactions. Also great that it remembers what transactions go where and automatically puts them in the right category the following time.

  • Easy to create invoices to get money.
Start up was very quick. We switched over from desktop version and as soon as everything got imported into online I was ready to go!
Great to use from various locations. A great benefit. Sometimes being cloud based it does lag a little bit then my desktop version.
I am able to track my profit and loss all with a single click. Reports are so easy to create!
Just how easy to use it is! Can work for a person who is a shop of one or a company of 50.

Using QuickBooks Online Advanced

3 - The owner of the company, then the bookkeeper who is the one who is responsible for updating and keeping the books up to date and then we have another person who is able to go in and search different transactions.
1 - We have one person who is an expert in QuickBooks Online and is able to do all the ins and outs of QuickBooks Online. He is also able to offer help to others when the reach out.
