Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced

We used QuickBooks Online to integrate the accounting system into the Intuit payment system, and financial institutions bring efficiency with a speedy recording of transactions close to real-time updated financial reporting, and efficient reconciliations. It really is an amazing application.

  • Automating recording through the applications of rules

  • user access differentiation and security
  • class features doesn't work well when using mobile based payment processor
  • Time saved through efficiency and integration with other third party products
  • Error minimized through automating records using rules and workflows
  • Negative: user access differentiation is a bit difficult or not flexible enough in some instances
Fun and great results! Recording backlog of transactions using the rule base automation was very helpful
The fact that the system can be accessed anywhere where there is internet, and the ability to concurrently work in the system, were greatly admired. The ability to review user activity through the audit trail gives you comfort and a feel of we're in control.
We were able to regain control over the organization's finance and truly convince our senior management and the board with confidence.
The product I used clearly appears struggling to catch up but doesn't seem an easy task for them. This other product was not able to finalize some of the modules into the web-base (NXT) system. Intuit already has multiple products (payments, tax filing, payroll, etc) that provide added value. QuickBooks has seamless integration with the Microsoft product, specifically Excel.
