Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Pro
QuickBooks Pro is currently being used in an altered state by our organization. Instead of using one account, we use multiple accounts to track individual grant funds. Each grant has its own account. We do not use the time tracking/payroll feature within it. We strictly use it for the reports and to track expenses. It functions very well for this, however there was a lot of report customization that needed to be done to get it to match our needs.
Pros

Cons
- Report customization is an awesome feature, however it is very cumbersome to use at times.
- Entering data into the budget is not the smoothest. It takes some time to learn how to navigate the entering functionality.
- Better reporting.
- Easier reporting.
- Seamless tracking of expenses.
We tried Quicken for awhile. However, it did not allow for the reporting customization nor for a file to run on more than a standard fiscal year.
Using QuickBooks Pro
