Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Pro
QuickBooks Pro has addressed the need for a one place accounting and bookkeeping [solution] for our organization.
- Scalability to grow with a business
- Multi-User capability
- Revised regularly to keep it fresh and add new features
- Videos links for how to per screen/topic
- Easier to find links within QB
- Maybe even a visual walk-through by taking over the mouse and show where to go
- Do automatic updates and payroll updates, so we don't have to do it manually
- Cost was a negative impact and the India support that always trying to upsell this or that very discouraging
- Need better CRM system built in
- Need better task/project mgm as related to the PO/Project quoted
- Clarizen,FreshBooks,Salesforce.com
For reasons mentioned earlier - all in one solutions that ties accounting to project management and ROI tracking from beginning to end.
