Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Pro

We used QuickBooks pro for a number of years and the product was adequate. While QuickBooks can certainly be clunky, the universality is priceless. We would often use out of the box thinking to create "customizations".

Pros

  • Reports are robust and easily customized
  • Uploading data to CPA a breeze
  • Multiple locations are easy to manage

Cons

  • A simple integration with a timeclock system would be nice
  • A call to customer service requires several hours of dedicated time
  • "Glitchy"
  • Meets our basic needs for the price
  • Report distribution is clunky
Perfect for the non-accounting person. The more tech savvy, the better, though.
