QuickBooks Pro is being used for time entry, project tracking, paying bills and invoicing.

Pros and Cons

Invoicing - time and purchases are easily entered and transferred to invoices that can be printed or emailed with little effort.
Integration with merchant services to receive payments is smooth and requires just a few clicks.

Estimates do not flow well. Seems it should create invoices much easier.
Inventory is a nightmare and convoluted.

Return on Investment

It has had a large impact by reducing the time spent billing and tracking AP an AR.

Alternatives Considered

FreshBooks

FreshBooks is an online system that doesn't have the granularity of QuickBooks.
