Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Pro

QuickBooks Pro is being used for time entry, project tracking, paying bills and invoicing.

Pros

  • Invoicing - time and purchases are easily entered and transferred to invoices that can be printed or emailed with little effort.
  • Integration with merchant services to receive payments is smooth and requires just a few clicks.

Cons

  • Estimates do not flow well. Seems it should create invoices much easier.
  • Inventory is a nightmare and convoluted.
  • It has had a large impact by reducing the time spent billing and tracking AP an AR.
FreshBooks is an online system that doesn't have the granularity of QuickBooks.
Well Suited:
If you need to keep track of your financial data for taxes.
