Overall Satisfaction

Qvidian is used by the Proposal Team, which supports our sales teams in responding to proposals received from our clients. It is also used when creating proactive, or latent proposals.
  • Qvidian, when used as a content repository, as we use it, holds a seemingly unlimited amount of content.
  • Qvidian works well if the content is entered with appropriate keywords for ease of searching.
  • Also a strength, when Qvidian is used primarily as a repository for content, the search feature (using key words or categories) is only as good as the person/people entering the content.
  • Qvidian has helped us increase our respond turnaround time as our content is all housed in one comprehensive repository.
  • RFP Machine (now owned by Qvidian) and SharePoint
We selected Qvidian due to our positive experience with Pragmatech's RFP Machine.
Because we use Qvidian solely as a content repository, we do not require the many, additional features that Qvidian provides, thus, we do not need to spend the money for this product moving forward. As I stated earlier, this is a great product and is best for companies who require more assistance with their proposals.
As much as I like Qvidian, I feel there are less expensive options in the field for our needs. Because we only use this product as a repository, there are many good features of this product that we do not need or use. Other companies may find this a better product if they require assistance creating many proactive or latent proposals.
