Overall Satisfaction

We use it for answering our RFP requests. We use it exclusively in our proposal management department.

Pros

  • It does well at topic searches.
  • It is easy to organize our information.
  • It is easy to add and delete information.

Cons

  • We have found blueprints hard to implement.
  • I wish we could upload Excel spreadsheets.
  • Increased employee efficiency.
  • Better customer service.
I have only used Qvidian.
I do not get to ultimately decide if we keep it or not, but I have voiced my opinion to keep it.
It is well suited for answering question and answer pairs. It does an excellent job of organizing information and allowing for quick deletions and additions. It makes it easy to put together a quick response for simple responses and for more complex responses as well.
