I have only used Qvidian.
I do not get to ultimately decide if we keep it or not, but I have voiced my opinion to keep it.
It is well suited for answering question and answer pairs. It does an excellent job of organizing information and allowing for quick deletions and additions. It makes it easy to put together a quick response for simple responses and for more complex responses as well.
