Overall Satisfaction with Qvidian RFP & Proposal Automation
Our entire consulting group is using Qvidian RFP & Proposal Automation. It addresses the main problem of responding to RFPs/RFIs/proposals. Historically each individual team within my organization was in charge or handling their own responses (most often proctored in Microsoft Excel and Word). Qvidian RFP & Proposal Automation has enabled our teams to have access to a system where you can store content which can then be reused and customized for future RFPs. Qvidian RFP & Proposal Automation offers an intuitive search function for content, making the information you require easy to find and implement.

Qvidian RFP & Proposal Automation is able to store our previously used RFP responses and questionnaires. Historically, we were forced to go back to previously submitted RFPs and have to manually Control+F search within Word documents to find similar phrases and verbiage when looking for RFP responses. With Qvidian RFP & Proposal Automation, all of our previously submitted answers are stored and readily available via a centralized search function and library, making it extremely easy to find the appropriate response to the RFP/RFI/RFQ.
