Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT

Raiser's Edge NXT is used by the Development team, which is across the state, but not across the entire organization. It is used for mobile access to the database, when access via desktop is not available, or not as convenient. It also has a few capabilities that the full desktop version does not have.
  • NXT can show prospects or constituents that should be contacted before they lapse without the need for queries.
  • NXT can easily pull up contact info for constituents without exact name-matching necessary.
  • NXT can be accessed from any web browser.
  • Better replication of action entry to match desktop version.
  • Better replication of tasks to match desktop version.
  • Auto-suggestion of constituents as search is typed could be improved.
  • Focusing on potentially lapsing donors is important when looking at ROI.
I really enjoy the feature of Raiser's Edge NXT in which it automatically tells me which constituents I should pay close attention to, on initial log-in, if those constituents are in danger of lapsing. This is done automatically, without the need to run a query. This is a nice feature that is built-in.
