Overall Satisfaction with Really Simple Systems

Really Simple System is used mainly in the marketing and sales department to share clients' details and keep it all organized. We regularly update the clients' files so we don't duplicate the work or forget to contact someone either. The tasks are also very handy to keep reminders on what to do with different customers. We still keep some data in the cloud but it'd work more efficiently if we could have all of it in Really Simple System.

  • Emails could be linked to opportunities rather than just a client
  • Being able to open emails from the software without downloading the file
  • App!!
  • It's easier to see the numbers now
  • The pipeline could be a bit clearer
  • I believe we have seen the ROI back

In general, it's a very simple system to use that keeps everything organized and tidy which ultimately helps the salespeople and the directors to see what's coming in the forecast.
I only had to use the support once and they sorted my problem shortly.
Really Simple System is very handy to keep customers' data organized and clean. At the same time, sometimes it would be great to have the option to register changes in a customer's profile like if someone left the organization, who it was replaced with, etc without losing the old data from the person. It's just something small but I like to see who worked in a company before they were replaced.
