Overall Satisfaction with RedCarpet

We currently use RedCarpet for all New Hire on-boarding and facilitation.
  • Very streamlined
  • Candidates/New Hires love it.
  • Gives users a clear picture via the dashboard as to where all aspects of the on-boarding are, especially to ensure everything is set for the new hire's first day.
  • The back-end set up is a little hard to follow and could be displayed better.
  • Definitely!
  • Improved New Hire Experience resulting in less turnover.
  • Automating this process allows for great efficiency.
I had only ever seen one other on-boarding tool before and this one had much better capabilities and a better Candidate Portal.
[RedCarpet is well suited for] On-boarding New Hires. Not great if you don't have a start date already established.
