  • Being used across the entire organization
  • The primary use case is a review consolidation tool -- used for semi-annual focus reviews
  • The secondary use case is as a goal tracker -- nice feature where you can make goals public or private so you can see other peoples goals
  • Not currently being used to give ad-hoc/non-performance review feedback
