Overall Satisfaction with RescueAssist
I used rescue till I started my MSP and had to switch to a full RMM like Connectwise.
- Little visible compression.
- Low latency.
- Easy connect portal.
- Price.
- Bad RMM connections.
- Low integration into other apps.
- Price cost more so I had to charge more for services rendered.
- Had to drop when client base got too big.
- Doesn’t do enough.
Pretty picture quality at low band width compared to competition
