We used ResellerRatings to collect product ratings as well as service ratings for our business. They have affordable plans as well as different tiers depending on companies using them.
- Ease of use when it comes to managing the platform
- ResellerRatings has an identifiable name, and consumers are keener to leave reviews on the site as its a recognizable name.
- Pretty easy to send review requests from people that purchase directly through us using ResellerRatings.
- Lack of features really hampers the platform and they are behind other companies.
- ResellerRatings doesn't allow us to import reviews from other platforms.
- Very little customization
- The lack of being able to import our reviews really hurt us as it makes no sense to not be able to do that.
- ResellerRatings helped us in getting more reviews and make our brand more noticeable and stand out more.
- Yotpo and Trustpilot
Compared to Yotpo, ResellerRatings has more favorable costs as they don't charge as much, especially Yotpo which is very expensive. However, you do get what you paid for as Yotpo and Trustpilot have more features and more options.
