Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Company wide usage for all forms of meetings, presentations, etc. Needed an easy way to meet for online calls, with our without video sharing and desktop sharing. This solution offers all that, as well as various meeting and chat features for team collaborations in a virtual setting. Similar to many products on the market.

Pros and Cons

Ease of use, little training needed.
Works well, no issues in use.
Easy to use collaboration features like chat.
Good utilization of screen real estate.

It does utilize a lot of pop-up screens to navigate to the actual window.
Depending on permissions, some popup features may have issues.

Return on Investment

Allows for great user collaboration.
Generally pretty easy to use, requiring little training.
Has all necessary features, that work well.

Alternatives Considered

GoToMeeting and Cisco Webex Board Series

Feature wise, matches anything I've tried. Generally works well. Only issue is the loading app, sometimes can conflict with other common applications. However, should no conflicts arise, then it is an easy to use, intuitive application that can be used by any sort of user, or any variety of meeting type.

Usability

Feature wise, a solid product. Works well, easy to use, lots of useful and desirable features for end users. The only issue is the launching app can be an issue with conflicts or permissions. That can be supporting it slightly more work. However, those issues are isolated, and overall a generally good experience.

Support Rating

I have only utilized online support as the user features are very intuitive and reliable. Users are able to navigate the screens and features without issue. The service and product is reliable and have not had any issues outside of system conflicts or permissions issues with the loading of the application.

Likelihood to Recommend

Generally easy to use which is great. However, its way of utilizing pop-up windows and application windows, can be an issue depending on user computer setup/permissions, etc. Also, moving around through the windows can be disorienting for some users. That aside, the app and features themselves, pretty easy to use and work well.
