Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

We unfortunately use RingEX comprehensively for all our conferencing, calling, call monitoring / management, and is our default source as far as those tools are concerned. A few of us in management have been rebelling and using our cell phones for calling and TEAMs for conferencing because it is SO BAD from my experience. Buggy and not user friendly....

I do not do the troubleshooting with the company, but know it takes a while and the systemic problems ARE REOCCURING constantly when their band-aids fall off. The Apps are crazy hard to use and Im under 40 and a technology buff. Its like 1998 tech wrapped in a 2013 package with poor performance.
They have not helped me increase efficiency in one single area of our business in my opinion. I only wish I had enough pull to make the change. Unless you love lagging video, dropped calls, slow customer service, 400 versions of the same hard to use app, I would stay far away from all RingEX products.
I didn't select RingEX and would rather work off of my phone (and do) and use TEAMS on my own for meetings (and do) and I am looked at as not a "team player" because I wont use the buggy, poorly contrived RingEX system I am honestly required to use.

I would think anyone would recommend RingEX for anything are only the bean counters and not the users in my opinion. My reports are required to use the RingEX system and I have to pretend it's not a disaster when I wont even use it myself. The only logic I can find is it's cheap and you definitely get what you pay for.
