Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used for PTO requests, to see payroll stubs, to enroll and track insurance info, for our employee profile, and I'm sure more. I'm still very new. This was one of the easiest-to-use platforms I've ever used in my almost 2 decades of professional experience. Super user-friendly, easy two-factor Authenticator for safety, clearly a secure site. Super happy this is what we're using here, and I highly recommend it.

Everything I have tried to use, I've been able to do easily and quickly without any assistance. This is very user friendly.
All I know is that my experience was very simple. Creating the account, filling everything out, all simple. While completing my employee profile, I had to walk away for a while to do other things and it saved my place perfectly. My dashboard reminded me of what I still needed to do and gave a clickable link to get to that task. Setting up benefits, and requesting PTO, are all incredibly simple and easy for me as the end-user.
