Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling PEO and really love it! It's been so key in our success as an early stage company. We manage everything from payroll, to time off, to on+offboarding
  • It's an extremely easy to navigate platform
  • A+ customer support via the chat function and dedicated customer support teams
  • Our team loves using it - from admins to employees, everyone gets great value out of using Rippling
  • Reporting could be stronger + easier to use
  • Global payroll is still new and features are slim
  • Huge time saving for our HR team - don't need a massive People team to manage an HRIS
  • Money and time saved on IT management
Really great chat support features + teams - I write in at least once a week and they're always SO helpful

Easy to use software with clear tabs, organization, and resources
From a PEO, Rippling does it best. It's a great tool, a great team, and I'd recommend it over other PEOs I've used in the past. If you're an early stage company, this is a great get for leveling up your HR practices while still having the support of a PEO. It's also seamless to move off the PEO given that Rippling is also a full ATS.
